wjevo Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 2025. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the wjevo platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wjevo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must not use this platform. Your continued use of wjevo following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Use of the wjevo platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
  • You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
  • You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.
  • You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the platform.

wjevo reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be operated by underage users will be immediately suspended and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Creation and Security

To access wjevo's full range of services, you must create a registered account. Each individual may hold only one account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested during registration.
  • Keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential.
  • Notify wjevo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Not share, transfer, or sell your account to any other person.

wjevo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules

By using wjevo, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines, including those governing online gambling. You must not:

  • Use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools (bots) of any kind.
  • Engage in collusion with other users or platform staff.
  • Use offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language in any platform communication channel.
  • Attempt to access areas of the platform to which you have not been granted permission.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso

All transactions on the wjevo platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

  • You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed within the platform's deposit section.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and completion of any applicable wagering requirements.
  • wjevo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.
  • Any funds deposited in error may be subject to administrative review before return.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wjevo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the platform.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
  • Technical failures, system interruptions, or delays beyond our reasonable control.
  • Any losses incurred as a result of gaming activity.

wjevo does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance where possible.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

wjevo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
  • Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.
  • Player-initiated self-exclusion requests under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance may be returned to the player subject to verification, minus any applicable processing fees, unless the closure is due to a breach of these terms that results in forfeiture.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the wjevo platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, and software — is the intellectual property of wjevo or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from wjevo. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

wjevo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the platform or email where available. Continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving users in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of the wjevo platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts, unless otherwise specified.
